9/3 — Police Reports

White Bear Lake Police Department reported the following incidents:

THEFT

• Computer monitor was stolen from Century College Aug. 18 or 19.

• City's radar recording device, valued at $3,400, was stolen from the 3700 block of Hoffman Road Aug. 14 or 15.

• A gray 2004 Ford Excursion was stolen from a dealership in the 1500 block of Cedar Ave. Aug. 19 or 20. The fence was broken down.

• Trailer containing painting equipment and supplies was stolen from Cedar Lane and Linden Ave. Aug. 22.


• GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 2600 block of Riviera Drive Aug. 15.

• Two thefts from autos occurred in the 3500 block of Glen Oaks Ave. Aug. 15. DVD player was taken from one vehicle and $500 and a check were taken from another.

• Vehicle was broken into Aug. 17 in the 3200 block of White Bear Ave.

• Vehicle was broken into sometime between Aug. 15 and 17 in an underground apartment garage in the 4700 block of Centerville Road.


• Vehicle was broken into and wallet was stolen Aug. 17  in the 1300 block of Hwy. 96.

• Vehicle was broken into and wallet was stolen Aug. 17 in the 4800 block of White Bear Parkway.

• Theft from auto, valued at $2,800, occurred in the 1600 block of Ninth St. Aug. 17.

• Witness reported two males taking items from vehicles in the 1800 block of Sixth St. The suspects were located and one admitted to taking items from vehicles on Garden Lane, near Campanaro Lane. That suspect was in possession of change and air fresheners. He was cited for theft and auto tampering.

• Stop sign was stolen from the 4700 block of Bouleau Road Aug. 19 or 20.

• Two fishing poles and tackle box were stolen from the pier in the 4400 block of Lake Ave. Aug. 21.

ARREST/CITATION

• White Bear Lake woman, 20, in the 2200 block of County Road F, reported an assault which occurred in the township Aug. 16. Sheriff's Office responded to take the assault report. White Bear Lake Police cited her for underage consumption.

• White Bear Lake woman, 51, was cited for careless driving for driving her SUV on the running track at Sunrise Park Middle School.

• Officers responded to a weapons complaint Aug. 22 in the 3500 block of Century Ave. After investigation, an East Bethel man and a Maplewood man were cited for disorderly conduct and a St. Paul man was cited for disorderly conduct and underage consumption.

• St. Paul man, 24, was arrested for domestic assault Aug. 26 in the 2600 block of Sumac Ridge.

• White Bear Lake woman, 19, was arrested for domestic assault Aug. 24 in the 2100 block of Orchard Lane.

• White Bear Lake man, 24, was arrested for domestic assault and fleeing police Aug. 24 in the 4900 block of Stewart Ave. He was treated at the hospital for injuries.

• After a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Eugene St. Aug. 25, a Stillwater woman, 26, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a DWI warrant. 

DWI

• After witnesses reported an erratic driver, a Maplewood man, 20, was arrested for underage drinking and driving Aug. 17 at County Road E and White Bear Ave.

• Maplewood man, 20, was arrested for underage drinking and driving Aug. 17 at County Road E and White Bear Ave.

• Forest Lake woman, 22, was arrested for DWI-refusal Aug. 16 at Hwy. 61 and County Road E. It was her third offense within 10 years.

• White Bear Lake woman, 47, was arrested for DWI Aug. 19 at County Road F and Highland Ave. Tested 0.10.

• Circle Pines woman, 26, was cited for DWI Aug. 24 in the 2100 block of Fourth St. Tested 0.11.

• Witness reported a drunk driver at the Stadium bar Aug. 23. The driver, a St. Paul man, 23, was caught after a physical struggle and fleeing. He was in possession of methamphetamine and tested 0.11. He was arrested for drug possession and DWI.

• Arden Hills man, 21, was cited for DWI Aug. 22 on I-35E at Hwy. 96. Tested 0.13.

• White Bear Lake woman, 24, was cited for DWI Aug. 23 at Cedar Ave. and Hoffman Road. Tested 0.16.

• Forest Lake woman, 26, was cited for DWI Aug. 22 at Hwy. 61 and Buffalo St. Tested 0.13.

JUVENILE

• Juvenile was referred for fifth-degree assault Aug. 18 in the 3100 block of McKnight Road.

• Juvenile was referred for disorderly conduct Aug. 9 in the 3500 block of Century Ave.

• Juvenile was referred for assault Aug. 18 in the 3100 block of McKnight Road.

OTHER

• New Brighton woman reported she was assaulted Aug. 17 in the 1800 block of Eugene Street. Case is under investigation.

• An ex-employee reportedly threatened a restaurant in the 900 block of Wildwood Road Aug. 11.

• Wooden sign near the Century College baseball fields was set on fire Aug. 11.

• Assisted Sheriff's Office on report of a woman with a gun inside a business in the 1600 block of Whitaker Ave. Aug. 18. The woman fled after being disarmed by an employee.

• Resident in the 4100 block of Jay Lane found a pair of bolt cutters hidden outside his residence Aug. 20.

• Vehicle window was broken out Aug. 19 in the 3400 block of Auger Ave.

 • Responded to report of a fight in the 2700 block of County Road E Aug. 20. Several people involved fled prior to police arrival. No charges.
